alpha 1.1.1 optimization update

-optimized the default and ramp wood block so now many can be placed at little cost

-optimized mouse navigation and walk code

-added slider to change how often the navigation mesh is updated per world (turn this up for bigger worlds, or set it to zero and disable it completely if you are getting performance issues)

-maybe fixed mac issue of pressing 'open folder' (i cant test i dont got a mac sorry lol)
